Discipline. Consistency. Structure.

Discipline. Consistency. Structure.

This is a personal mantra of mine to help keep me focused, constructive, and advancing. It’s not a complex concept, but it does help me a lot. Some of the most effective mantras are the shortest and simplest.

  • Discipline is choosing the hard right over the easy wrong.
  • Consistency is putting in the work and improving by 1% every day.
  • Structure is executing with an intentional plan towards a goal.

Discipline is saying yes to constructive things and no to destructive things. By defining our values and priorities, we can focus on what is important and cut out the excess.

Consistency is putting in the work regularly to create compounding growth. By keeping challenges at top of mind, we can iterate through lessons learned and keep making daily progress.

Structure is creating an intentional plan of action to boost efficiency and aid follow through. By creating an execution plan, we can make sure our efforts are focused and efficient.

  • Discipline ensures we do the right things.
  • Consistency keeps progress steady and compounding.
  • Structure multiplies our effort.

( Discipline + Consistency ) x Structure = Success
